The focus of RE@UTS is the applications of RE research, techniques, methodologies and tools in Requirements Engineering practice. This requires initial basic research and then validation of research results and technology transfer into industry. We thus offer a range of services to support both pure and applied RE research efforts as well as training and consulting capabilities. The RE research laboratory at UTS Faculty of Information Technology offers an excellent opportunity for researchers to conduct RE research in a collaborative and cooperative environment with a range of research facilities.

RE@UTS also administers the RE-online mailing list. RE-online aims to act as an electronic forum for exchange of ideas among requirements engineering researchers and practitioners.
