Dear All,

Does anyone know of a good book/papers/work on Requirements Engineering which

  1. Does not lean toward a certain paradigm
  2. Isn't partial any technologies (no technology reference is good)
  3. Explains the process not just the end result.
  4. Focusses on stakeholders, their agendas and how to manage them.
  5. Product requirements versus business application requirements.
  6. Explains clearly the term engineering in the context of requirements (ie the difference between requirements specification and requirements engineering) what is it that is or can be engineered.
  7. Standard roles and role descriptions for a Business Analyst v/s Product Requirements Engineer

Thanks
Ganesh Nagasamy
