Sorry folks: The above 1,2,3 are not requirements. YOU CANNOT WRITE
REQUIREMENTS ON PEOPLE. You don't produce people and you cannot verify
them.

If a system administrator needs these capabilities, the requirements, which
are against the product that delivers the capabilities are:
1. The product shall provide an option to enable or disable gathering
statistics.
2. The product shall provide the option to selectively enable or disable
individual statistics or entire categories of statistics.
3. The product shall provide an option to archive gathered statistics to a
tape or a file.
4. The product shall restrict statistics gathering options to the system
administrator access.

(probably not perfect, but I'd need to know more to get it correct)
