I am sorry but I think that is a little simplistic If the events are at all
complex, then the entities are not necessarily apparent. I believe that it
is far safer to do at least a preliminary event response model before
selecting the entities. I don't believe that McMenamin, Ward or Mellor ever
wrote that the event list revealed the entities, nor have they said that in
conversations subsequent to their books.
