No, we are not. Developers and customers are typically covered by NDAs and
aren't considered public disclosures. Releasing a spec without a NDA might
forfeit our ability to file a future patent on its contents. I've written
some specs that didn't appear to have any proprietary information only to
later realize that there were patentable ideas involved.
